The WM2.5D Bespoke Galley Range

Often, investing in bespoke galley equipment, as opposed to standard marine catering equipment, can be the most effective, efficient, and cost-effective option for your work vessel, particularly when working in a challenging space.


Choosing a bespoke piece allows you the freedom to create the most well-suited catering equipment, not only for the space you have, but for your unique catering needs.


A great example of this is a piece of work we recently completed for a customer who needed to replace their existing Galley Range.


Where cutting a hole in the vessel was not an option with this particular job, we manufactured a bespoke Galley Range which can be easily disassembled into 5 parts; enabling the unit to be transported onto the vessel through existing hatch ways.


Aptly named the WM2.5D, this bespoke Galley Range includes a double oven - which are 3KW each - and no less than 6 hot plates (at 1.5KW each).


Alongside this, the hob top and both ovens are removable, leaving the base and control panel where appropriate.


Features of the bespoke Galley Range


This particular Galley Range has several special features to ensure it perfectly suits the individual needs of the customer, including:
 

  • Thermostatically controlled oven with a temperature range of 50 - 320oC

  • 2x 2.5 cubic feet ovens with 2 removable shelves

  • 6 removable hot plates to allow for different configurations where necessary   

  • Fitted (as standard) with removable storm rails and grab bar


The Galley Range is also constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel, with marine type drop down doors.


What’s more, this piece of marine equipment is supplied with a separate bulkhead mounting control panel, incorporating 3 heat-switches for the hot plates.
