HYSTAT specialise in the design, manufacture and repair of Heavy Duty Hydraulic and Pneumatic Cylinders, Accumulators and Rotary Actuators. (Rack and Pinion type). Our products are widespread throughout the World.
The company is regarded as market leader in the UK, manufacturing a wide range of sizes from 40mm to over 1100mm bore cylinders at our purpose built site. HYSTAT have a full in-house design department incorporating latest SolidWorks & AutoCAD software, complimented by a fully equipped machine shop with CNC machines.
Throughout the years we have developed and expanded our product range with the changing requirements of our customers and are capable of handling contracts of £1m plus.
We have standard ranges of Hydraulic Cylinders which comply with CETOP and ISO standards and are available in catalogue form. All units are CE marked where applicable to 2014/68/EU.
Hydraulic cylinder manufacturing, hydraulic cylinder repairs, along with sub contract machining by HYSTAT will always meet the highest quality standards. We are accredited to quality standard BS EN ISO 9001-2008.
Lloyds Register, ABS, DNVGL and other verifying bodies regularly carry out design integrity checks, witness pressure tests and review certification.
