The company was formed in 1989 to supply the Mooring Industry. At that time we specialised in used chain, our geographic location meant that we were in an ideal position to import second-hand chain from Holland and Belgium where it had been used on the thousands of Inland Waterway vessels found in these countries.

It wasn’t long before our customers were asking for other products. We now supply a wide range of equipment to a customer base that includes Trinity House, M.O.D., R.N.L.I., Harbour Authorities, British Waterways, Mooring Contractors, Boat builders, Marinas and Chandlers. We quickly became known as the ‘one stop shop’ for mooring equipment and have exported to many countries round the world.
