Corroserve

Corrosion Engineering
With a successful 40 year track record, Corroserve combines engineering expertise and application technology, to ensure the best long-term corrosion protection of all types of equipment and structures. As well as being the market leader in corrosion engineering, we offer many composite and mechanical engineering processes and techniques.

We have a proven track record of applying glass flake protective coatings, both in our workshop and on site in many industries such as at nuclear power stations, oil rigs and refineries and in the marine industry.

Within Corroserve is a pump engineering department which has the ability to fully refurbish all types of pumps, including those in marine service, and offer efficiency services, redesign and pump analysis.

It’s all part of our flexible service. With a fully-equipped coating application shop, heavy engineering facilities and a trained team of specialists, Corroserve is ready to respond, whatever your bespoke needs.

Specialist Protective Coatings
Corrocoat is the name of our specialist range of paints and coatings –developed to withstand severe and damaging conditions. These extra-durable products are developed and manufactured by us to provide abrasion resistance, erosion resistance, fluid efficiency, anti-fouling and corrosion protection.

One of our bestsellers is our range of heavy-duty glass flake coatings. These provide proven long-term corrosion protection to equipment and ships operating in aggressive environments. Corrocoat is the industry leader in glass flake coatings – due to the unique particle size there is no like-for-like product more superior on the market.

Polyglass VEF is another of our proven systems. This spray- applied protective coating is ideal for applications such as process vessels, pipework and water lines, and has been used for protecting offshore, petrochemical, power generation, marine, water and process industries.

Continuous product innovation means that new systems are constantly being developed;, one of our most recent being a new underwater repair system designed for use on submerged surfaces such as structural steelwork, pilings, jetties and other structures. Based upon the well-established Plasmet range of products, the system is fresh and marine water tolerant and is designed to be applied and cure whilst immersed.

Another product innovation is a new aerosol version of our Plasmet ZF coating which takes much less time when compared with brush application; it also ensures that every inch of the surface is covered. There is no longer a need to mix components on site, or on board, from separate containers, and no clean up requirement afterwards, mmaking it the ideal corrosion protection coating for marine sectors.

With service lives often measured in decades, Corrocoat materials offer excellent long-term and trouble-free service, not to mention great value for money. Plus, with a network of licensed partners around the world, all offering the same highly regarded technical support; you’re guaranteed to find a Corrocoat product nearby.
