The " CLEGHORN " bronze bilge / deckwash pumps have been re-engineered to give a radically faster priming time. Types AM50D ( 2" ) & AM40D ( 1/1/2" ) have identical dimensions to the long-established models which have been widely fitted on fishing vessels throughout Ireland since 1987 and are thus fully interchangeable.
The new faster-priming units will continue to be available in electric close-coupled form or in bare-shaft configuration, for direct drive or with clutch.
Also on view at Galway will be engine cooling & hydraulics/gearbox cooling pumps from the same range.
Complementing these robust seawater pumps will be ENAG BV-approved marine ventilation fans & other ENAG marine items such as cabin heaters and battery chargers.
A further innovation can be seen – a heavily-engineered, DNV approved, normally-closed bilge switch, offering advanced safety due to its ability to allow a continuous " OK " signal at all times until a water ingress situation may occur.
