Marine Fire Safety is Acquired by Nobel Fire Systems

Marine Fire Safety, a specialist in fire fighting systems and lifesaving equipment for the marine industry, has been acquired by Nobel Fire Systems, a UK-based provider of fire risk suppression systems. This acquisition allows Marine Fire Safety to leverage Nobel Fire Systems’ resources to enhance their products and services.
Mark Bresnahan, Managing Director at Marine Fire Safety, stated that the acquisition presents opportunities for growth and expansion. Nobel Fire Systems, known for the K-series suppression fire fighting system and as one of the largest Stat-X distributors, will help improve both national and international coverage. Additionally, Marine Fire Safety will benefit from access to Nobel’s Technical Engineers, Research and Development department, and increased stock availability.
The collaboration strengthens Marine Fire Safety’s operations, building on its reputation as a certified supplier and service provider. Ian Bartle, Managing Director at NFS, commented that Marine Fire Safety has a strong reputation for high-quality safety equipment and technical expertise, and the combined operations will enhance customer service.
Following the acquisition, Marine Fire Safety plans to recruit more staff, and Mark Bresnahan will join NFS’ board and management team. Business operations at Marine Fire Safety will continue as usual, with both companies complementing each other’s strengths to achieve further growth.
