Rotrex Group Expands Fleet with new UP40 and UP50 Winches

Rotrex Group, one of the leading providers of marine winches, hire, sales, and support services, has announced a significant investment in expanding its European rental fleet with the addition of UP40 and UP50 winches manufactured by OMAC in Italy.
The investment strengthens Rotrex’s position as the leader in the marine winch rental market and services the growing demand for higher capacity winches which are required across multiple projects in industries such as telecommunications and utilities.

The UP40 and UP50 winches offer superior performance. They can maintain constant maximum pulling capacities of 40kN and 50kN respectively, high rope speeds of up to 13m/min under full load capacity, and large rope capacities of up to 1500m, which can reduce labour costs. Their lightweight structure and composite canopies make them ideal for safe towing on the highway and ideal or marine use both onshore and offshore.
With in-built cutting-edge technology, the UP-range features onboard data recording for convenient data transmission and analysis. Customers also benefit from our ongoing technical support and demonstrations and training from Rotrex’s expert team.
