New Marine Generator Dealership for Kohler, UK East Coast

Prior Power Solutions becomes the latest KOHLER marine generator dealer in the UK following an introduction at this year’s Seawork Exhibition.
Based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, the company will primarily support marine commercial customers on the East Coast.
The deal comes through Devon-based Atlantis Marine Power (AMP) and additionally designates Prior Power Solutions as a Service Agent for KOHLER Generators.
Manufactured in the USA, KOHLER marine generators, are a popular choice for both pleasure and commercial applications. Known for being robust, efficient, clean, and quiet they include industry leading built-in paralleling controllers allowing multiple generators to be connected combined with programmable load shedding which allows for efficient use of power and therefore correct sizing of generators for the craft saving money and fuel.

In addition to new generators, Prior Power Solutions will supply the full range of parts and accessories with free delivery to local customers.

Specialist Training
As Service Agent for KOHLER generators, technicians from Prior Power Solutions will undergo specialist training to support warranty and service calls. Daniel Platten, Service Manager is enthusiastic about what the new deal will mean for business, “Quite a number of our customers, particularly in offshore wind, have KOHLER generators on their vessels.
Being a service agent for KOHLER will support them with an approved service provider on their doorstep and allow us to provide them with comprehensive service support for all their equipment onboard.”
